Visiting this website

No cookies, no analytics
This website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party services – no analytics, no advertising, no externally loaded fonts. The application itself sets a technically necessary session cookie after sign-in; it serves solely to keep you signed in and is not used for analysis. If you dismiss the notice at the bottom of the page, your browser remembers this locally; nothing is sent to us.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your details in order to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
The application: who is responsible for what
ntgrator GmbH i. G. is the controller for your seller account with us (name, email address, sign-in, billing). For your buyers' data you, the seller, remain the controller: we process it on your behalf and on your instructions, and we conclude a data processing agreement with every seller for this purpose (Art. 28 GDPR). If you are a buyer and have a question about your data, please contact the seller you ordered from – or contact us and we will pass your request on.
What data the application processes, and why
ntgrator is an order management system for sellers who sell on several channels. Through the interfaces of the connected marketplaces and shops (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Kaufland, Shopify) it retrieves: orders including the buyer's name, shipping and billing address and, where provided, phone number, email address and user name; the items ordered, prices and payment status; and the seller's listings, stock levels and prices. This data is used solely to fulfil orders: overview and processing, shipping labels and tracking, invoices and credit notes, shipment confirmation to the marketplace, and keeping stock and prices in sync. ntgrator does not receive buyers' payment details (card or account numbers).
What we do not do with this data
We do not use buyer data for advertising, do not build profiles, do not sell data and do not combine data of different sellers. We do not send messages to buyers on our own initiative; messages are sent only on the seller's behalf and only about the order concerned. Marketplace data is not used to train AI systems.
Where data is stored and how it is protected
Every seller gets a dedicated, isolated instance with its own database; there is no shared database across sellers. Data is stored on servers in the European Union on an encrypted volume. Backups are encrypted before they leave the server. All traffic uses TLS. Sign-in requires user name, password and a second factor; permissions are granted per area. Marketplace access tokens are stored only in the seller's instance, are never displayed and never logged. Our staff open an instance only at the seller's request, for a limited time, read-only and with buyer data masked.
How long we keep data and when we delete it
Buyer data is kept only as long as it is needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal obligations. Sellers must retain invoices and accounting records under commercial and tax law (currently up to ten years); the details contained in those documents are kept for that purpose. When a marketplace notifies us that a buyer account has been deleted, we erase the personal data on that buyer's orders; the document itself is kept where the law requires it. Buyer data from Amazon orders is deleted no later than 30 days after delivery, except for the details tax law requires on the invoice. Deletion and access requests forwarded by Shopify are completed within 30 days. When you disconnect a marketplace, we delete its access tokens immediately. When your contract ends, we delete your instance and its backups after the agreed period; you can export your data beforehand.
Who receives data
The marketplaces and shops you have connected – they receive only what belongs to an order that came from them, such as the tracking number, and your stock levels and prices. The carriers you choose: Deutsche Post and DHL receive the recipient's name and address in order to create the label. Our processor IONOS SE, Germany (server, encrypted backups, email delivery). Beyond that we do not share data and do not transfer data to countries outside the EU and the EEA.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise them, write to datenschutz@ntgrator.com. As a buyer, the quickest route is the seller; if your request reaches us, we pass it on without delay and support the seller in handling it.
